Facebook, Twitter and other social media outlets thrive because they’re social. Friends and others with common interests share what’s relevant and important to their lives. If your healthcare brand crashes the party shouting talking points, you’ll be ignored or worse, banished and blocked by the same people you’re trying to reach. 

Instead, listen to what people are talking about and offer relevant information.
 
Pregnancy, child rearing and weight loss are the most popular social media topics. By offering news and information most relevant to them, your potential patients will engage you.
